TUTORIAL SYSTEM
FIFTH SEMESTER – B.Sc / BA / B.COM
ENGLISH
The PTA meeting of fifth semester BA students of English department was conducted on August 5, 2013 at 1:30 pm in the college seminar hall. The principal inaugurated the meeting and addressed the gathering. The teachers of the department discussed with the parents the various academic issues faced by their wards. Parents of 35 students attended the meeting. Representatives of the parents also addressed the meeting and shared their opinions.
MALAYALAM
The PTA meeting of fifth semester BA Malayalam students was held on August 29, 2013. The meeting was presided over by the principal. Effective interaction took place between the teachers and parents. Parents of all the students participated in the meeting.
HINDI
The first PTA meeting of fifth semester BA Hindi students was held on August 1, 2013 at 2 pm in room no. G27. All the teachers of the department and the parents of 21 out of 24 students were present for the meeting. The HOD and other faculty members handling the classes addressed the meeting. Appreciable effective participation was there from the part of the parents during the interactive session.
ECONOMICS
The PTA meeting of fifth semester BA students of Economics department was conducted on July 25, 2013 at 1:30 pm in the college seminar hall. The meeting was chaired by the HOD and inaugurated by the Principal. All the teachers of the department and the parents of all 61 students participated in the meeting. Academic progress of the students were discussed and the importance of maintaining the general discipline of the college was reiterated.
POLITICAL SCIENCE
The PTA meeting of fifth semester BA students of Economics department was conducted on July 30, 2013 at 1:30 pm in the college seminar hall. The principal inaugurated the meeting and addressed the gathering. The teachers of the department discussed with the parents the various academic issues faced by their wards. Parents of 41 students attended the meeting.
HISTORY
The PTA meeting of fifth semester BA History students was held on September 30, 2013 at 1:30 pm in the college seminar hall. The HOD and other faculty members addressed the meeting. Academic status of the students was discussed in detail with the parents. Parents of 25 students attended the meeting. Representatives of the parents also addressed the meeting and shared their opinions.
MATHEMATICS
The meeting of the PTA of fifth semester B.Sc Mathematics students was held in on August 2, 2013. The function was presided over by the principal, who addressed the meeting and mentioned the importance of maintaining the general discipline of the college. Academic performance of students was discussed with the parents. Parents of 42 students attended the meeting.
CHEMISTRY
The PTA meeting of fifth semester B.Sc. students of Chemistry department was held on September 17, 2013. The meeting was presided over by the principal. Effective interaction took place between the teachers and parents. Parents of 27 students participated in the meeting.
BOTANY
The meeting of parents and teachers of fifth semester B.Sc. students of Botany department was held on September 6, 2013. The principal presided over the meeting. The HOD, class tutor and other teachers spoke at the occasion. Discussion was carried out about various matters regarding the academic progress of the students. 22 parents were present for the meeting.
BOTANY AND BIOTECHNOLOGY
The PTA meeting of fifth semester B.Sc. Botany and Biotechnology students was conducted on September 9, 2013. The meeting was presided over by the HOD. The meeting discussed various issues regarding the academic performance and the general conduct of the students in the college. Parents of 10 students attended the meeting.
ZOOLOGY
The meeting of the PTA of fifth semester B.Sc Zoology students was held in on August 23, 2013. The function was presided over by the principal, who addressed the meeting and mentioned the importance of maintaining the general discipline and increasing the academic standard of the college. Academic performance of students was discussed with the parents. Parents of all the students attended the meeting and shared their concerns and suggestions.
COMMERCE
The PTA meeting of fifth semester B.Com students was conducted on August 27, 2013. The meeting was presided over by the principal. Effective interaction took place between the teachers and parents. Parents of 54 students participated in the meeting.

MATHEMATICS
The meeting of parents and teachers of third semester B.Sc. students of Mathematics department was held on October 18, 2013. The principal presided over the meeting. The HOD, class tutor and other teachers spoke at the occasion. Discussion was carried out about various matter regarding the academic progress of the students.
